A little piece of haven, it has everything. Woods to play in, fields for stunning views, scenic walks and a park for the kids. The only thing missing is a cafe but there was a mobile van selling drinks and snacks for a while. I’ll definitely come back.

Beautiful walks, can be a bit muddy in places during wet weather but a fantastic places to take the dog and there's a small play park for young children. Keep dogs under strict control as muntjac deer have been killed in recent times.
Bluebell season in April is particularly beautiful. Parking is £3.30 and you can pay by card. There are toilets in the car park.

Lovely place for a walk in the countryside. Great views of the valley from the start with benches to enjoy coffee or a picnic. Car park not too expensive at £3 for the day. Children's play area too. Saw a few people on the walk all friendly and enjoying themselves. Mixed walk with woodland, fields and canal side walk about 4 miles wit a few few hills. Interesting buildings on canal side. Toll cottage and clock tower.

A lovely place to come and chill out with great views and well maintained walks. Clean and tidy too. The only downside is the parking charges, they’re extortionate! Over £3, but there’s no time limit if you’re spending all day here. A snack wagon set up here for refreshments, good toilets block and a great kiddies play area.

A Great Place going for a walk! Quiet and peaceful place, the main road is next, same as cemetery. Don't visit when it's wet, otherwise you will slip for sure - be Careful!

This place is simply beautiful. Went in the spring most recently (bluebells ?), and it was gorgeous. Highly recommend although be advised that there are few facilities.
