I cannot fault the service that Colin gave surrounding the sad passing of my father in law in early August. He was exceptional in how he treated us and the bed was delivered ahead of expectation. He showed great sensitivity and empathy at all times and delivered excellent service.

After waiting 4 months for a Raz shower chair, it finally arrived! Used twice and on both occasions caused serious pain and skin damage. After 6 weeks it was looked at! Hampshire equipment services provided a paediatric shower chair seat for a 68 year old man weighing 14 stone. Have tried to find out if/it will be replaced but they fob me off. Apparently they have a computer system that doesn't give a date when equipment was ordered or what it was!

My father passed away at home on 27 February and the HES bed he passed away in is still taking up the middle of my mother's living room after 2 weeks, despite notifying them first thing the following morning.We've relegated a walking frame and other equipment to the shed but have been instructed not to dismantle the bed. This is causing her extreme emotional distress but the response from HES has been totally unsympathetic. Grateful for the loan of the equipment but the lead times and collection delays are totally unacceptable.

Although grateful for use of equipment for my father, the customer service is as lowsy as it gets! Having to wait 3 weeks for cot sides to be delivered, in the meantime my father fell out of bed 5 times. Now after the bed broke at the weekend I have now phoned 3 times only to be able to leave messages for someone to call back! In the meantime my father is trying to sleep on a wonky, uneven bed causing him to slip to one corner!
I'm beginning to wonder if anyone actually works in this place Is there anybody there If so, is there anyone who cares enough to help This company is an absolute joke!!!!

3 weeks we have now been waiting for a large amount of equipment to be taken back, my father is on EOL and he is sleeping in what can only be regarded as a store room. I called again today only to be told they will collect when can, I have given them until wednesday as we have family coming over from Australia then it's going in the skip, if not gone by then. I live in a 2 bed flat with no storage and it is now getting beyond a joke.
Dread to think how long it will take them to collect the hospital bed

Can’t fault the condition of the equipment, promptness of delivery or help with maintenance and I’ve VERY grateful for the loan of all this gear. It must cost a few thousand pounds.
The three stars is because Dad has now passed away, this house is tiny and I’m going to break my neck falling over all this gear - after three calls a week apart I’m still waiting for it all to be collected.
I’m afraid the cheaper looking bits are going to be wrapped in plastic and put out in the garden just for my safety…

While kindly offering equipment for independant living,it seems impossible to return the equipment, as no one ever answers the phone to arrange collection.I have phoned countless times only to be left listening to what passes for music.

Brilliant service, the driver always keeps me informed, he is very helpful and very sympathetic to the passing of my mum, he turned up exactly when he said he would, a very nice person.
