The store was aware of the issue I was experiencing after going to the shop to speak to them and rang for assistance the next day. I had mentioned to them in the local magazine they advertise doing a free site visit to which they acknowledged.

Came to my property to be advised I had to simply retune the TV but charged me £80 for it. So clearly there is no free site visit but also could have advised me in the shop the previous day on whether this step had taken place, but he even said in the store that they would need to do a site visit to determine the issue, never once stating it wouldn’t be included as the free site visit they advertised.

The attitude of the staff member on the phone was terrible. I would not recommend this company as false advertisement of their services and awful customer service when trying to deal with an issue. A real shame as tried to support a local company.

Excellent service, couldn’t fault them! Robin and the team were very friendly on arrival. The team managed to fix my Shark Hoover, which had been in the cupboard for months collecting dust and I genuinely thought it was broken for good!! Speedy and great customer service. I will definitely be returning for any future repairs ☺️

Very prompt efficient service from one of their engineers who came to renew TV cable and the aerial. Also re tuned the TV which was brilliant. All rubbish was taken away. Very happy with the result.

Troube with TV reception. Rang Hamilton Cole who talked me through the problem and sorted it on the phone. Great! and didn't cost a penny. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I have used this local family business for many years. Not only for TV installations but other work such as fitting large, heavy bathroom cabinets, work on central heating thermostat controls and the inevitable TV ariel. I cannot fault Hamilton Cole on all aspects for honest, everyday
handyman jobs that at 85 years of age I am unable to do. A big Thank You to Robin and Sue. I would be lost without your service.

I had a problem with my TV reception week before Christmas. Hamilton Cole was very busy but were able to organise someone to call round. Damage to the amplifier and aerial were responsible, problem fixed. I found the service very professional and efficient.
