The waits can be a bit long at times can obviously depend on time, if you want the urgent care centre best get there early. Very clean staff are wonderful and lifts are clean and never out of order.

The blood test department is awful. They have appointments throughout the day BUT make no provision for blood tests required on the day by the doctors and consultants. The result is a very long wait for those unfortunate individuals. Bad management.

Staff are really rude they don’t acknowledge disabilities
I was here with my autistic son who’s only 13 they wouldn’t let me sit in the waiting room with him or go see the doctors with him they made me wait outside while my autistic son was having a meltdown in the waiting room please consider taking your child to Warrington or anywhere other than here

Absolutely fantastic team of staff in the A&E department. Professional and polite Nursing staff and Receptionist. First visit as they are so busy I didn't want to bother them. But they were caring and understanding about my situation. Thank you A&E..

Unprofessional, they expect you to attend appointments on time ..they expect you to inform them if you can't. But they themselves do not apply this to contacting you as a phone appointment . What's the point of a phone number for an department if no one picks up. The switchboard are completely. Useless .
