Absolutely brilliant customer service from this company. Laura is very good at keeping you up to date and the rest of the staff are very helpful too. Had a small issue after the repair but nothing was too much trouble and they dealt with immediately.

An urgent update. The team at Halo are extremely helpful but unfortunately the sub contractor they used for the new suspension had not done up the bolts. The rear wheel could have collapsed causing a serious accident. This was only picked up as I had booked my car in for MOT. I can now only give them 3 stars.
I cannot fault the staff at Halo though.

My experience with the guys at this branch was mostly faultless. The criticism I do have is that they drove my car back to my address as opposed to using a flatbed truck, so 64/65 miles added to the clock. It was collected that way, so I assumed it’d be returned using the same method.

Originally this repair centre wasn’t meant to have my vehicle, but after some confusion and poor organisation from two other branches, the repairs were done fairly swiftly and I’m rather pleased with the work which has been done. 2-3 day turnaround from when the work started until the car was back in my possession. Jane, the ‘journey specialist’ was great and really informative, letting me know every step of the way what was going on and a rough updated timescale.

One part wasn’t available and had to be ordered in, then sent onto my home address. But it was easily popped in to complete the full repair and I wasn’t left waiting long to have said item in my possession.

Halo Norwich collected my car and returned it both at the time specified. They did an excellent job on my car in fact the area they repaired looks as good as new. The car was returned cleaned to a high standard inside and out. I highly recommend them.

Appauling service and no organisation, been waiting 3 weeks for damaged car to be picked up. Driver turns up without a recovery lorry after being told the car is undrivable .Another day wasted.
