Its just a standard big chain. Meaning overpriced stuff. The staff ain't the most helpful. I went there to have my a car stereo fitted into 2 different cars and they said they can't do it. But was only week before they was fitting one in the same car. I even spoke to the guy fitting so I seen it was the exact same stereos. So clearly the fitter was trying to lighten his work load.

Had an amazing experience at Halfords, the gentleman I believed his name from Bryan at netherfield Halfords, fit my new battery and was very kind and helpful! He gave me good advice on preventing my battery going flat again. He also gave me advice on any other issues with my car and what to do if I need support from them again! Cannot highly recommend enough as a young girl who has only been passed a year and unfortunately having my dad pass away this summer it is has put me at ease knowing I can pop in if I have any trouble with my car!

Had a headlight bulb replaced in just a couple of minutes. Both the counter staff and fitter couldn't have been more helpful. 2nd time I've used this service - excellent!! Couldn't agree less with the previous review.

Disappointed in the Netherfield store old staff were brilliant but new staff have no idea on how to fit a bulb. Will the fitter took extremely long just fitting a headlight bulb which he fitted incorrectly. I noticed this at night as I kept getting constantly flashed by other road users and had to go to garage to have it re adjusted.
Very disappointed this store needs serious training!

Brilliant Philip at Halfords Netherfield. Very able and knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with Philip doing a fitting. This was always my first requirement - be totally comfortable with the fitter. Great work.

Collected my new electric bike from here today, works really well and it was only £599. The sales gentlemen Pete was really helpful explaining it to me as I’ve never used an e-bike before. Would definitely recommend.
