They ran a diagnostic check charged me silly sheap mony and identified my problem and gave me the list of the the parts needed but the job would take too long fir them to take on board.

Lookers in Chelmsford want £185 to do a 10 minute diagnostic check and refused to take my word for what was wrong with car just want to rip me at £165 per hour labour only to try and rip me off but had no idea what I was talking about and said no one in their workshop had ever heard of the part and or could not even trace it, so they then asked me to give them the part numbers, and guess what...yup grossly incompetent, not in the mood for a second mortgage to pay lookers to waste hours faking other problems.
So my local repair garage said bring the car in every month and we will run a diagnostic check to make sure everything was in order without blowing over 1500 quid fir what is essentially a tiny repair...kit 89 quid.

The warm and polite first contact with this company was an indication of the standard of service to come. On walking into a company's reception it's often possible to gauge the work atmosphere and in this case was busy, friendly and productive. Continuing the tone, the mechanics were polite, professional, knowledgeable and personable. A thorough explanation of my car's faults were provided and throughout the process I made several calls which were answered by the mechanic on each occasion.
This company has proved itself to be first rate and I recommend them with absolute confidence. Thank you GS car care.

I’ve been in the motor trade for the past 15 years. So I’m in the position to comment on how good the service is here as I’ve dealt with countless garages over the years. The service at GS car care was superb. I was met by the reception ladies with big smiles before Dylan helped me by fitting the tyres to my freshly diamond cut wheels. I was so concerned that they might not be gentle enough and they might damage me freshly refurbished wheels. I needn’t have worried. Dylan took just as much care as I would have done if I’d have done it myself. Highly recommended garage. If you’re local, don’t go anywhere else. Well done guys.

Probably the best experience I have had from any car centre. The team are all delightful and very professional. I live 15 miles away from them but will happily do this journey for this standard of care. They even warmed my car up for me so it was toasty when I collected it. Incredible!
