Awful! I was not told that I couldn’t park at the venue in Milton Keynes so I received a £60 fine. The lady “receptionist” was just sat in a communal cafe for the building and she did not speak English so there was lots of just pointing at things for us both to communicate. I was then sat there with no update for an hour. At this point me and 2 others were ushered from the cafe, past the security point and up to another level, where we all sat for another 45 minutes (again no communication, no explanation of what was going on). Then the 2 people who came AFTER me went to the doctor first, leaving me absolutely fuming at this point. When it was my turn to see the doctor, I sat down and had to wait for 5 minutes whilst the doctor and the receptionist chatted, I'm just sat there with no acknowledgment and I’m left thinking “what the hell is going on!” - it is 2 hours past my appointment time at this point. The assessment was then a joke! It was rushed and completely useless!! You cannot do a proper, professional and legal assessment of someone’s physical and psychological health in 5 minutes. The doctor wasn’t even looking at whilst I was showing my range of movement (she was preoccupied picking food off her top!). I was left feeling even more angry and let down then when I arrived. This company needs to be shutdown, it is just greedy for money and it does not do the job it is being paid to do.

Absolute joke. My wife was examined by Dr Afshan Jahanzeb or shall I say was supposed to be examined by her. She totally made up her own prognosis without checking medical history. Never even examined her just sat there dictating the whiplash injury forecast for the whole industry. Rejected the report and got a reply that it’s too much work for her to be doing her job. She Took the money and ran. Felt like just another number, they found a loophole and exploited it, usual Asian behaviour
