Just had my Lawnmower serviced at Grimsby Lawnmower Centre and it came back looking like a brand new machine. When I started the engine up it ran and worked like a dream. A massive five stars to you Martin and your staff. Oh and thanks for the tips on how to get more out of the machine and therefore a more efficient cut of the lawn. Rang to see if they could repair my chainsaw, they was happy too! Then they had to for 2 weeks no phone call nothing I rang them everyday to get the same answer over and over( will get to it today) another week later I rang them back to get told it’s broken needs to be put in the bin! I took to some one else who told me it hasn’t even be looked at! So I would never recommend this company to anyone and I’ll never be returning!

I rang them on a Tuesday morning, Martin collected tue teatime was back by Thursday teatime was like a brand new mower such efficient service and my mower came back like new and very reasonable priced would highly recommend 5 star service

I went with a complaint about batteries from a lawnmower that was sold to me by previous company and No question had the best service from any company ever when the gentleman changed batteries straight away ..excellent customer service five star ?

Since its been taken over not good said theyed put new battery in my lawnmower.they hadn't its the same one .Still won't charge haveing to hand pull.put a screw in mower battery case battery not in strap mower been tip on side petrol leaked out
