What a place! 5 stars all the way! I purchased my beautiful car from Goscote car sales Leicester back in June 24. The moment myself and my wife walked in we were greeted by Kyle and I have to say such a genuine guy who loves cars and clearly has extensive knowledge of what he does for a living, more importantly knows how to talk to his customers by just being himself. I’ve worked in sales for over 35 years so I’ve heard all the sales blur going and I just didn’t get it from this place. Customers just want to be treated with respect and know they get good value for money and the after-sales service will be there if needed. After 3 months unfortunately my car developed a fault and when I contacted the garage my car was booked in instantly to be checked out. After a few days I was contacted by Danny the business Manager who advised that he wanted my permission to take the car to a specialist to be diagnosed. It was a specialist too, I had visual videos sent to my phone of their findings and what repair was required. Danny kept in touch with me throughout the whole process and explained everything to me. My car was returned completely repaired and fully valeted all covered by the warranty and the garage.
I don’t leave many reviews as most of the time these days it’s hard to get the quality of service you’d expect but Danny and Kyle deserve top marks. I will definitely buy again from this place because I trust them and that’s the best I can say.

Collected my GR Circuit today and did it all through Kyle. Such a professional service. So refreshing to deal with a company who are down to earth and not just interested selling you the car. Genuinely nice people. Thanks Kyle for the chat and the awesome car. I love it!

I don't normally review but am so amazed by these people at Goscote Services that I just have to. I have purchased a few cars recently including two from large main dealers and I have not received anywhere near the high level of service that I have received from Goscote. They are car people through and through, friendly, professional, relaxed and not pushy, fair and most of all they want to ensure you are absolutely happy. I bought a lovely Merc for my wife from them and it is amazing, the car was ready for pick up and presented at top level, I arranged for flowers to be put in the passenger seat via a local flower shop and they arranged this for me perfectly. I had a squeak from the rear brake and they sorted this free of charge both thoroughly and efficiently and without any fuss at all; I even received a free courtesy car, to be honest they did everything to ensure that I am fully happy. I couldn't have asked for more from them as a customer. A great stock of well thought out cars too. I wish everyone was like them - if you are thinking of buying from them, feel safe to go ahead. We purchased a Puma st from these chaps and cannot thank them enough for all their help and assistance in the purchase. After seaching and trawling the internet we eventually found the car and spec we wanted. Working in the motor trade myself I know what main and second hand dealers get up to and this company has restored my faith in purchasing a car from a garage. We travelled over 200 miles for this vehicle and it was as described, couldn't fault it! Really good experience today. Seen and test driven a car. Fantastic interaction with the dealer. Not a sniff of pressure as they advertise on their website, loved the fact they let us look over the car in our own time.

I'm still thinking on this one. I'd post a pic but haven't ruled it out yet.

I brought a car in april from East Goscote Garage, Danny and Kyle are both very helpful. Since collecting my car I've had a few issues with it (under warranty) but Danny couldn't of been more helpful if he tried, they have really helped me & made sure my car has been sorted. would 100% recommend buying a car from here.
