I am very satisfied with my experience with Global Moving Services.

The agents (Harry, Simon, Steve, and Richard) at GMS were very communicative and available to talk almost anytime I rang to ask a question. They also rang me to let me know about any issues and the general progress of the move. Email correspondence was also very good.

The actual movers GMS contracted to ship my belongings were professional, friendly/courteous, and handled my belongings with care.

The quality and quantity of customer service I received greatly exceeded my expectations. I would use them again, and highly recommend them to others.

I rarely write reviews but feel the service I got from Andrew and his team warranted the effort. Moving 12000 miles to New Zealand away from family is always going to be stressful. Global provided clear advice about insurance and how the process works, gave me a detailed quote which included everything except customs fees. When I asked them to dispose of my vacuum cleaner as i hadn't been able to wash it for customs they cleaned it! From collection to delivery this end everything was managed brilliantly. Constant communication throughout. Every person involved was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. A few days after collection my goods were on their way. On delivery their costs included all unpacking and heavy lifting What they didn't know was that my husband is seriously ill and their help made a big difference. I struggled to find a company I could trust after being seriously let down by the local company I'd used previously. Their packing was clearly carefully done, despite taking out their insurance no claims were needed. My high value items were incredibly well padded and protected. I unreservedly recommend Global on my experience and will definitely be using them for the return trip.

Wonderful experience! We had such a rough time trying to get in touch with our booking agents in the states, but Sarah worked so hard to get in touch with them for us and kept the ball rolling for us to get our belongings! Not only did she work hard, but she was very responsive and communicated so well. I would highly recommend GMS!!

this company did a fabulous job dealing with the auction house and getting all the paper work we needed. They took care of everything and when everything was delivered, it was wonderful and in perfect condition. Our shipment came from Belgium to Nevada. Thank you for a great job.

We booked a shared move from UK to Sweden and found GMS to be most professional. The quality of the packaging was second to none! Nothing was damaged at all!!
Richard went out of his way to keep us informed throughout and ensured that our delivery arrived on time. I cannot fault their service in any way, including the incredibly helpful chaps (Andy and John) who unloaded for us into our new property. Nothing was too much trouble, they were cheerful, helpful and really made what was a tiring process into a success and their willingness to go over and above with helpful suggestions and kindness was really admirable! I was in Johannesburg and needed to have personal effects moved from my apartment in London to a home in France. Clearly an undertaking of this nature has logistical and practical issues that have to be sorted out, Richard and Lisa at Global Moving Services were really professional. They responded very quickly to emails and had a very "can-do" attitude. I felt comfortable that they were going to finish the job and keep me appraised as matters progressed, This they did and their team delivered as scheduled in France. Both my sons in London and my Wife in France commented on how pleasant and helpful the Staff were.
The "hands-on " management approach from Global was re-assuring and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We tried 6 different companies to move from France during the C19 lockdown period. All the other companies had too many difficult conditions and added charges and their customer service was OK to poor.

Martin at GMS was genuinely interested in our needs, offered great advice and was completely flexible. Within a day of booking two lads (Dave and Chris) arrived to complete an assessment of our load and access - they just happened to be nearby and 'dropped in'. They left us with some materials and advised us on how to prepare our packing. We had 5 days to get it all together as we were able to slot into an empty return trip.

The uplift day ran very smoothly, Dave and Chris arrived early, set about their business - socially distant all the time - and were packed and gone in an amazing time frame. They took great care of our antique furniture and spent time getting the load right for the trip to the UK.

The delivery 6 days later was equally as smooth and they took great care with our newly painted walls and door frames and the unpacking of all our things. Nothing was damaged/broken or misplaced.
We would recommend GMS to anyone (and in fact our buyers are taking up our recommendation and getting GMS to move them to France).
