Great store with a nice collection of video games, RPG and card games, Funko pops, clothing and other geeky things. Well located so very easy to access in Berwick-upon-Tweed and friendly and helpful too.

Really impressed with the customer service. Although my phone
was beyond help. They tried to fix it and didn't change for their time or parts ordered.Good advice given retrieving data and where to access a deal on a new phone

Recieved great service today. My daughters Iphone needed a service to check charging port, was all done in 30mins. Would highly recommend and very reasonable pricing for phone repairs.

Had an issue with new phone transferring details over on Huawei phone. Chris at GMB Tech was excellent, very understanding and sympathetic. He ended up taking parts off the old phone and putting them on the new one, as we had issues with Huawei data.
Excellant customer service, there and then.

The battery in my iPhone SE needed replacing. I had been waiting months for someone else to try and source it. I walked in to GMB Tech; they had one in stock and it was all sorted in half an hour.
