I was looking for some toughened glass, and a window supplier pointed me to Glass Tech.
I emailed the size and a lovely lady quoted me the price.
Paid over the phone and collected a few days later.
Service and price was brilliant. If I was to criticise, when I went to collect, I was just pointed to my glass. No offer of help or anything. I’ve never had glass in my van before. I had no idea what was the best way to store it, secure it. Not really their issue, but a little guidance would have gone a long way , and a 5* review too.
Been back again and the guy was even less interested in helping. A younger lad that worked there was a lot more helpful and found my piece of glass.
Dropped to a 3 star. I ordered the glass, was told it was ready to collect and when I drove for 1/2 hour to collect, I get a rude guy telling me he doesn’t know where my glass is, and carries on doing what he was doing.
I assume it’s a lack of communication between staff, but he really couldn’t be more unhelpful.

Ordered a double glazed unit with a 25mm georgian bar. They are busy (and rightly so) so I waited a few days but it was mm perfect and the price was spot on. Highly recommended
