Sent by A2 Dominion, very good service, didn't have the parts came back following Monday as promised. The man took over an hour to fix the window (this isn't a complaint) he tried his hardest and managed to fix it whereas others that came to see the window before didn't even attempt to fix it. He didn't give up until the job was done. So happy with the service thank you!

I live in a Richmond Housing Partnership flat. 2 and a half years ago they came to fix 2 problems I had with my windows. One guy who stank of booze broke my window hinge and it has never closed properly since....In the winter water comes in and I get a lot of mould around the window. They came about 5 times to fix another window and one time about 4 of them came in to the flat at the same time for that one bracket....what a joke. They have been rebooked about 5 times since and have never turned up. I'm going to take this complaint higher now because no way am I waiting in for this useless mob again.

They are not professional and I should have made a big deal of this way before now. 2 and a half years.....disgusting. I've waited in all day today for another rearranged appointment from 6-8 weeks ago. Sell your business and do something you can do properly.

Great walk-in service. Everyone I know who has used them says good things. In my case I got there just as they'd closed, but they opened up to do a job for free (take 1mm off a panel I'd bought elsewhere)! I really wished I'd gone there I was the first place and will always go there first from now on.

On the positive side, very friendly service when I called up, and they got someone out to make the broken window safe very quickly.

However, huge problems after that. First appointment missed as our glass wasn't back from the factory in time. Fair enough, but they didn't tell us, so my partner waited in for nothing.

Two subsequent occasions were missed as they were called away to emergencies or stuck in traffic from a previous job. We both took time off work, waited in and no sign of them, and again no phone call on either visit!

When I called up they were really apologetic and offered another time, but what's the point? They've already had three opportunities to carry out the work and I'm not wasting any more time with them. Have cancelled order, would not use again, and after nearly 3 weeks I still have a broken window and am back to square one.

In summary: don't bother.
