We have just purchased our new home through Craig at Guy Leonard, Storrington and from start to finish, the service and support we have received has been excellent. Their lettings team are excellent, delivering a 100% professional service, in a warm friendly manner.

Rental valuation was exactly right.

Property advertisement, photographs and description were superb.

Speed of letting was the next day! (Subject to references and checks)

Vetting of prospective tenants, very thorough. The Guy Leonard team carefully explained the vetting process, ‘Right of abode’, financial, legislative etc.

Property maintenance and safety certificates, all carried out to a high standard, promptly, with full explanation and cost effectiveness.

Teresa and Peter at Pulborough were absolute stars throughout my property purchase. What should have been fairly straight forward with just 3 in the chain and a 3 month turnaround (max) turned out to be a complete nightmare, taking 6 months as the couple I was buying from were divorcing and weren't told this until 3 months in and things got nasty. It took 6 mths of hard work on all sides and I had complete support throughout from Guy Leonard. They were there holding my hand, supporting and advising me the whole way through. Wouldn't have managed it without them. All done and completed now I am happy to say but there were many times I didn't think this would ever happen. We have been in our new home now for 2 months and love it. Thank you again guys.

The company was excellent to deal with. Communications were always dealt with professionally and promptly. Calum Wyatt was a very effective sales person and gently pressed us and the buyer to a fast exchange. We had a 3-month bad experience with Hamptons Intl and fired them before going to GL & Co. That was an excellent decision. They got us 2 good offers within a week and and exchange within a month. We will use them next time we move house.
