I highly recommend Gemma to anyone that is looking to lose weight, Gemma was recommended to me in April this year by a dear close friend as they was also doing the 1:1 diet plan with Gemma. I was doing the 1:1 diet plan with another consultant at the time but wasn’t getting the support I needed, my dear friend told me how supportive and amazing Gemma was being with her on her weight loss journey, so I decided to change over to Gemma and I can say hand on heart it was the best decision i ever made Gemma has been amazing and so so supportive in my Weight loss Journey, and I couldn’t be happier, if I have any worries or concerns about my weight loss plan Gemma is always on hand to help and give advice she is truly amazing.

After a bad experience with my old consultant and nearly giving up, Gemma came to my rescue. I’m now over half way in to my weight loss journey and the experience couldn’t have been better with Gemma. She genuinely cares and wants to help you. She is passionate about her work and her clients. She is extremely kind and so approachable (even for us shy folk). Gemma continues to go above and beyond, and having been on her own weight loss journey, she knows first hand what kind of support and encouragement we need as a slimming group. Her incentives, private group chats, endless amounts of stationary (weight loss trackers, food diary’s etc), being available 24/7 and her Instagram all help us, and now I truly believe, because of the support I get daily from Gemma, I will hit my weight loss goal!

Gemma has been a complete breath of fresh air since I started this plan! After trying so many diets and eating plans, this by far has been the easiest and most successful plan to follow and that is due to the support from Gemma.
