Recently I used Gendrot Web Solutions to fix a problem with an extremely slow running Windows 7 PC. Although it is an old machine, Jonathan Gendrot came up with a number of possible software causes which, when addressed, made an immediate improvement. In the past few years Jonathan has been on hand to sort out several computer and printer problems for me. He is always responsive and communicates concisely

He offers advice on updates and improvements that have become available in the period of my computer ownership. His recent involvement included replacement of a defective keyboard and an internal clean to resolve cooling issues all increasing my computer’s performance.
