Great service as always from the helpful and professional team, on carrying out health checks on my laptops, and fixing an external hard-drive and assisting me with technical advice. GBiz took over the management of our IT infrastructure and support just 3 months ago. In this time,.they have significantly exceeded our hopes and expectations, not just for providing excellent support but in developing entirely new solutions to overcome previous problems. The team at GBiz took the time to understand how we really wanted to operate - as we are all working from home, this was a step change from previous operations. They then went and researched solutions that we now entirely rely on. They have not only made a huge contribution to our operation, but they intended to charge us only a few hours time for their expertise. They've changed our lives!

As a wedding photographer I need my computer to be working well. When the dvd drive broke down I wanted it repaired as soon as possible. Gbiz did just that, well done guys, same day repair,a fast and friendly service. Keep up the good work,cheers.

Gbiz have been fabulous.......cheaper than BT, much better customer service.They have seamlessly transferred our phone contract and provided support when we changed POS card provider.
Can't recommend them enough,... good to support a local firm too.

Once again GBIZ to the rescue. My old computer started playing up,off to GBIZ with it
Staff diagnosed mother board fault,expensive to repair. Advised better to buy a new computer. With advice from staff I choose a laptop. Less than 36 hours later, I was back at the store picking up my new computer fully set up and all my data transferred from my old computer onto my new one.

Went to GBiz to get some advice on sorting out a business e-mail. I had tried looking online but was bamboozled with info. At GBiz they were really helpful and knowledgeable - I came away with clear instructions of how to sort it out. Very nice of them to be so helpful - would recommend using this business
