I had an excellent experience with Galaxy in and around the Durham area. I cannot recommend them enough. They were extremely accommodating despite me changing plans. Prices were very reasonable and communications with the driver were easy. The car was a Luxury Mercedes vehicle with all the bells and whistles. All round experience great experience and will use again when I’m back in the area. Cannot recommend them enough.

Steven Avery was so incredibly helpful; I’d left my wallet in his taxi last night and he called my university support and managed to reach out to me in order to return it. Genuinely really appreciated the effort he had done to give it back to me - so kind of him!

Not to mention how lovely the taxi ride was, my friend and I were very comfortable and he got us to our destination promptly. Excellent ride and excellent driver!!

We hired Steve and his cool Tesla for my son’s prom last night. What a wonderful experience, he said Steve was very positive, encouraging and fun to talk to. He was even gracious enough to take a few lovely photos of him at the event and a couple of him in the driving seat which was above and beyond what we expected. Steve was always in touch via text for updates of arrival and drop offs. What a first class service, definitely kept his number for the future.

Brilliant Service. We attended a friends wedding and hadn’t been to the area before. After a quick google search, I found these guys and saw all the positive reviews. We booked a return taxi for the following day and couldn’t have been happier! We received regular text updates and the guy was so friendly, it was the friendliest taxi ride I’ve had for a very long time! We would definitely book again if we needed to! Steven was our hero!

Within 2 hours of our destination of Berwick-upon-Tweed from Somerset my car broke down leaving our hopes of picking up the campervan that we'd already driven 7 hours to go and view in the gutter. Steven could not have been more helpful when we called him up asking him to pick us up from a service station and take us to EuroCarParts of all places and back.

Safe to say we were both feeling rather down in the dumps and Stevens personality and service cheered us right up (as well as the lovely clean car with heated rear seats which I was very grateful of after trying to repair a car in the cold). Would highly recommend to anybody!

Will from wills taxis provided by galaxy was excellent, on time, polite, courteous, couldn’t have asked for any more. Customer service was next level. 100% will use these next time . Galaxy also made sure my request was dealt with immediately.
