Jo has been absolutely amazing in helping me find work at a senior level. From the first phonecall, she asked all the standard questions but also got to know me personally. It was like talking to an old friend.

She would call and email multiple times prior to an interview, just to check up and see if there was anything more I needed which I really appreciated, as well as check up on me.

Considering how stressful a job hunt can be, she truly made me feel at ease. I really cannot say enough about Jo and Future Prospects Group. Excellent service.

Absurd.

The company stood as a feckless middle man between me and a position. They then insisted on a phone call to explain to me the position. During the call, I repeatedly asked to have the information sent to me in an email. The person then insisted they would, but also saw fit to read out to me what would be in the email.

During the call, they asked me if I would be interested in the position. I said that I would. They acknowledged this, and then after the call she said she would pass this on. Then I heard nothing. After a follow up call, the company then claimed they had needed to get confirmation from me regarding the position. I explained I had given confirmation on the phone call. They said they needed an email confirmation. Something which had not been communicated in the call.

Furthermore, given that the only reason they had my information in the first place was due to applying online for a position - as part of which process would have been involved a digital confirmation of my interest in the position, why exactly they needed further additional confirmation was beyond me.

Absolutely useless. A huge waste of my time

Unlike other recruitment agencies that suggested I lower my expectations, Jo found me the perfect post and reassured me that I didn't need to compromise on salary. Right from the start and application Sam has been a huge help in finding and getting me my new job - he always called me when he said he would and provided as much information as I needed to fully prep for the interview he'd got me. He made sure I was ready for some of the questions and what to expect, which resulted in a great interview and eventually me getting the new job. He also helped me negotiate the salary to be slightly more than advertised after discussing what was possible based on my circumstances. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new job.
