Frog have consistently supported our academy and been very responsive to our needs in helping us to developing our use of the product. During the lock down with students remote learning, Frog was invaluable in delivering a service which many other schools could not. Monitoring students work in a live day to day environment and marking work keeping students engaged with their learning.

Although the product is easy and intuitive to use, Frog's help desk is probably one of the best I have ever dealt with. You are never left waiting for a callback and usually get through to some straight away. The support is always there on line or by phone and there is masses of info on their community site.

We have had a lot of problems with FROG in our school.
The class pages do not load quickly. We are unable to post quickly to the noticeboard unless on Microsoft Edge. It can take over an hour to post. It would be good if the photo option could be used but without people being able to download the photos from the blog due to safeguarding. The progress charts continually lose their frame and it is difficult to see which box belongs to which child. At times, you can only change one child box assessment on the progress chart and you have to close it sometimes to do the others as the little box with the options of grades doesn't go away. It isn't child friendly and it would work better if they could adopt a similar upload system to Tapestry or Seesaw for e-journals. Our parents have complained regularly about the use of e-journals. The tag option is very frustrating, it would be better if it could be set each year in case you forget to tag. The software is not user friendly for teachers, children or parents. It would be good if you could select the objective the photo links to on the e-journal however it would have to understand what year group it is otherwise it would take too long. The house points software works but it would be better if when you click on the class it appears instead of asking you to list students.

Frog have always provided excellent service to our school. The curriculum designer aspect has really allowed us to personalise our school curriculum and adapt it quickly to respond to needs. (The pandemic being a perfect example of being quickly adapt learning to reflect the blended learning and also track objectives that were missed due to interruptions to pupils learning.)
The reporting elements allow us to keep parents fully informed of progress in great detail. It is also an essential tool in our data and assessment package- presented to governors, school improvement partner and Ofsted.

FrogLearn has come on leaps and bounds in recent years and the platform has become an integral part of our school life.

We use Frog as the central hub for all digital/home learning, as well as using Frog as a key HR tool. We've successfully digitised many of our internal processes and routines including, staff inductions, staff appraisals, absence/cover requests, CPD requests, trips requests and most recently or financial purchase order process. Frog is versatile so we can pick and choose how we want to use it and get the results we need.

The customer service from Frog has also excelled in recent years. The friendly support team are prompt to investigate issues and if and when a more pressing issue arises Frog have worked tirelessly to resolve it promptly.

Our school uses FrogLearn and I can honestly say that the school would have struggled without it during the lockdown. All of the Frog Support Team have been brilliant in helping us develop the platform. The investment in time and money has paid off!

We have been using Frog at our school for the last 10+ years!! It has become the back bone to the school not only for education (staff and students) parental engagement and school administration. It came into its own during the last year + where remote learning was a must!!!

Despite the school being closed during lockdown, the company insisted that we had missed the deadline to cancel our contract and rolled it over to another year (60 days before the end) and therefore had to pay over £4000 for a product we did not want or need. For our school, this was a huge amount. Very disappointed with their response. Disappointed with the product and their conduct. Would never use again.
