Customer service absolutely shocking. The woman in there is rude and disinterested in the customers. It is only her to be fair, other staff, managers and owners are lovely. I go there weekly to fill up, as does my mum and daughter. I will be going over the road on future. Why do people like that work in a job so heavily reliant upon customer service?

Great prices as always but for months now there has been no access to customer toilets. Reasons seem to be either a collapsed sewer or the sceptic tank pit has not been emptied…this is what I was told the last time I visited which was Tuesday may 7th 2024. I travel the road regularly and although I have been informed that they do not have to provide toilets it would be good customer service to do so. The staff who informed me ( yet again) that there were still no customer toilets was polite. Do the staff have access to a toilet I wonder?

Called in for fuel paid the total got going on my journey back to Blackpool and noticed my fuel gauge hadn't moved called into another fuel station put more fuel in and gauge moved will be calling to find out if they actually had fuel in their tanks.

Used for many years so good grasp of what there about. Always do our fuel precisely and quickly in and out with vat receipt. Pumps are close together but nothing a brain can’t work out. Understandably short to customers sometimes with the volume of traffic they get. But omg get a grip there doing a great job. Costa out of action quite a lot. We still use daily. Bout 500 fuel a week.

Fuel priced fair, but the lady serving had no customer service skills at all. Found her to be rude and uninterested in doing her job. Have been using this garage regularly for the last 3 years. Won’t be using again

Kept waiting 15 minutes on the forecourt, waiting for a pump because the blonde cashier was chatting. When mentioned this she was rude and aggressive. Will not be calling here again.
