Excellent service: Just had my samsung tablet in for assesment (battery not charging) and a technician called Lewis was able to diagnose the problem quickly (new port required), explain all the risks/benefits over repair vs replacement + after a very reasonable quote, was able to fix the problem within 7 days, new parts to be ordered. The tablet is sorted! Very happy and would recommend. Thanks again ?

I took my new and my old iPhones in to them to solve a literal nightmare of a problem, transferring data from one to the other.
Considering I had forgotten so many passwords I’m amazed that they managed to transfer all the information and get the old iPhone back to factory settings.
Their First class work has helped me no end.
