Was recommended to come to this shop by a friend who’s a running enthusiast. Was immediately greeted with a kind welcome by Nick! I told him I was in the market for a pair of running shoes that would feel like clouds on my feet and he helped me find exactly that! We ran my feet through a 3D scan and pressure tracker to analyze my rhythms and I was astonished by the technology and knowledge this place had to inform me about and I was all for it! I ended up getting a pair of ASICS that are supposed to be really durable and fit like a glove but feel like clouds on my feet. I’ve had running shoes before but none that were customary to my feet and recommended by a well educated employee. I really appreciate how the customer service was on point and if I could rate 10 stars then I definitely would! Safe to say I will be coming back and would consider this shoe store my HIGHEST recommendation when it comes to active/running shoes!

One of the best customer service experiences I've had this year! Nick is very knowledgeable and walked us through the fitting process like a pro. Now I have one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I've ever had, which address things with my feet I honestly would've never thought of without the scan. Thanks Nick and team Fleet Feet!

My experience at fleet feet was awesome! I felt like Chris really knew the best shoe for my foot and brought out several different options. He definitely knew his stuff and was very educated on different styles. I had a had time deciding… I’ll definitely be back!

I happened to be in town and was looking for some inserts for my running shoes. I knew Fleet Feet probably had one of those fancy scanner things, so I stopped in. The staff was super helpful. I was scanned and out the door with great inserts in about 10 minutes. Nice!

Highly recommend going here! I am a novice runner who knows pretty much nothing about running shoes. After no wait time, Chris helped me find the right shoes for my feet based on the foot scan and pain that I’ve been experiencing while running. Chris was very knowledgeable, and I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t go there to buy!

Highly highly impressed with this location. Isabella was super helpful! I’m so glad I stopped by this location on my way back to Houston. I’ve been to three Fleet Feet locations and this was just hands down one of the best! As soon as I walked in their employees welcomed me, and Isabella walked up to me and immediately asked me how she could help. She completed a feet scan, which helped her find more brands and shoe options for me - scanning the arches, width and sizes of my feet. She then proceeded to help me try on four pairs of different brands of shoes. She was patient, listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. Their employees quite literally put the shoes on for you as they assess the size and fit of each pair. Isabella gave me an entire hour, and helped me with an exchange I had from one of the Houston locations.

I would highly recommend this location and will definitely stop by if I’m in the area again!

Service was phenomenal!!! Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all my questions with patience. Chris was very respectful. I’d consider him a high price employee. He took lots of time to help me find the perfect shoes for my needs and wants. At one point I underestimated the amount for my shoes and only brought a certain amount of cash and he even helped me get a discount! Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Will definitely be supporting this company from here on out. I do also have to say that the buisness and Chris lived up and beyond two other companies that I visited before fleet feet. ? Great work! Thank yall!

Amazing experience! I'm telling all of my friends!! Take care of your feet! This store will definitely help you do that! Nick measured my feet and helped me find a shoe... I had no idea shoes could be that comfortable! Will definitely be back!!
