They were okay at first, but they seem to have shut down the business and removed their website from the web. They seem to be scammers, as they told us to pay £500 for future classes but haven't responded to any calls.

I have been a tutor for English at Firstring for the past four years and I can only say that the staff are very prompt and helpful when it comes to any help contacting students or even for technical help. The technology they have adopted all along is very customer- friendly so teaching actually becomes more a pleasure than anything else. Also I think they are very employee friendly, so the little interactions with the staff are both transparent and yet personal. I am privileged to be associated with Firstring. 🙂

Initially very good until they get 2nd payment, then will see the real service, never answer the phone, teachers never take the class, no responds to messages. They are scammers. This is my personal experience, i lost 500pounds!

Service was fine for the first 19 sessions then for the past 3 weeks there are no classes and even they don't pick the phone to enquire. This is a scam. Don't join with these fraud guys. Students are in wrong hands.

Live classes are so interesting bcz teachers are more interactive....
I like daily assessment, it's a make unbelievable changes in the all changes...I can understand my week areas, then they will give the classes about that...it's good

It was ok for few weeks and then they dont answer the phone and no classes arranged. Very unprofessional and I have lost £500 as fees. Never go with them. They are not contactable.

It is only money focused scammers my two daughters joined .Bollywood movie playing on background during the class time and 5 more classes remain keep asking money. No idea which teacher or from where about .
