Immediately responsive and Susannah was so helpful in giving me some advice on my broken laptop screen. I really appreciated this advice as she actually just helped me rather than trying to do business. She advised me on a workaround too to ensure I could still work on a second monitor despite my broken screen. Excellent customer service, would definitely recommend!

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Fine Tuned. I encountered RAM issues with my laptop, so I took it to them for diagnosis. After waiting four days, they quoted me £180 for replacement, which seemed excessively high compared to another quote of £60 for parts and repair. I had to pay £40 for their diagnosis, but when I got home, the laptop wouldn't turn on at all because they had forgotten to connect the battery and some parts. This sums up my disappointing experience with Fine Tuned Tech.

Ray was really helpful in advising me on what to do about my laptop which had broken down. I asked him for a repair but he actually gave me some good advice about what I was entitled to by the manufacturer which helped save me some money. He is very trustworthy as you can see and didn’t charge me when he knew it wasn’t a last resort. Super knowledgable man and very friendly team ?
