2nd delivery attempt = FAILED

The driver wasn't detected on my ring door bell, nor did he press it to try and deliver the parcel.

To top it off, customer services advised me to go to the local depot to collect at a specified time, when I arrived, the gates had been padlocked! No answer on the buzzer either.

Pathetic service and completely lied about the whole situation.

Paid for next day before noon. Sat by the door from 8am till 11:47 with cctv showing on tv as to not miss. Took a day off as this was a surprise gift. Get another parcel delivered at 11:46 am and then by 12:10 nothing.... rang them and they said driver had attempted and no one home at 11:47. So now it's going into tommorow "some time". Avoid at all costs. Courier lied probably got wrong address and couldn't be bothered to go to. Correct address. Useless.....

Once you get to know that fedex is the delivery partner is a shock because they are not gone deliver it .drivers they got in this bury stations aaa such a awful creatures .They make people food by saying lies that won’t even considerable 😅and the worst part is there costumer service also support them .you guys are spoiling this company …

Terrible company and staff full of lies. I received the tracking details of an item I was expecting with notice of delivering that day, I was home all day and no one turned up. When I tracked the item, they updated that they came but didn’t meet anyone. Same thing they did the next day. I called their customer support and the attendant melody tried locating the parcel, she was very helpful but her colleagues at Ramsbottom depot frustrated both of us with false information. I went to the depot and they couldn’t locate my item citing the possibility that a driver took it out for delivery. I asked they should drop off at one of their drop off point in Bolton which I got a call from the folks at the depot and melody confirming the item was dropped off there. No barcode was sent to me which confirms my eligibility to pick up this item. I asked the shell staff at grafton, Chorley old road, Bolton to verify if any parcel was dropped off for me, they check and found nothing. As at the time of writing this, I don’t have my parcel and FedEx can’t point me to where I will find it.
