We have had the most amazing support and service from Mr John Kilmister who dealt with the settlement of my parents property. It was a long process but Mr Kilmister keep us up to date at each step and was a very reassuring figure in the ongoing dispute, I could not recommend FDC Law highly enough.

We have just moved house and had the very unfortunate experience of having to deal with this company as they represented our sellers. We found them to be unhelpful, rude, uncooperative and with no regard to the whole selling/buying process. They had a part to play in our purchase being delayed by 4 weeks. This was because they stated that they would not respond to any messages or offer an update to the estate agents because "it was inconvenient for them to do so". Our solicitor even found them intimidating and had to deal with them shouting down the phone at her. If I could, I wouldn't even award them 1 star.
This clearly isn't the first complaint of this nature, so think twice before you instruct them to undertake your business.

Used this company to purchase a small parcel of land from my neighbours. They took £1000 up front but never completed the work as they faced a few issues. We ended up using an interim, who completed the purchase in two weeks and only charged £400. I would never use this firm again as they took my money could not complete the job and gave no refund.

These solicitors were rude on the phone to me when taking to Rebecca, she no longer wanted to continue the conversation, I phoned to make aware not to send documents to my solicitor but sent to unknown address instead over a house transfer that my vindictive husband through divorce racking up cost unnecessarily. Solicitors nowadays should be fully aware of such behaviours of abusive, financial abuse, manipulative, partners and seems that don’t care, these sort of clients they always trusts. The liars. Why have women abuse victims got to wait 18 months & pay over 35k alone for divorce just because the vindictive husband got more resources and drag out in court proceedings. You are no better than the rest of solicitors. Glad you think it’s right 70k on a divorce, costs on both sides.
Could be money spent on better things.
