Really friendly and helpful and always a pleasure to deal with. Note that the Evri parcel shop closes at 5:30pm along with the Post Office, not 8pm.

This is how a Post Office should be - friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble.
I needed to get a cash till float for an event and trying to order through the bank was a nightmare. I just happened to mention this whilst sending a package and the Post Master said he would happily help.

A change in ownership has brought a change in attitude!

Like many people I stopped using this shop years ago owing to the terrible customer service of the previous owner.

However, I was told that the shop had changed hands so I decided to give the new owners a chance.

I have to say, it was a pleasant and successful visit and we were served in the post office by the new owner who was the antheses of the old owner: he was polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

For those who stopped using the shop owing to the previous owner, I would encourage you to get the new people a chance.

Opening hrs state from 07.00 so went to collect a parcel to be then told post office doesn’t open until 09.00 but I could send a parcel just not collect one . ( time wasted again )

I use this post office to send off parcels for my work and come in almost every day. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are so efficient and work really hard. The shop is also great and stocked full of essentials. Loads of great sweets for kids too.
