Low stock levels. Poor customer service. Wanted to charge me for 10cms of sellotape to seal a letter, saying "why couldn't you seal this at home"? Gave me proper narky attitude. I only go there if I'm desperate as it's very close to home.

Arrived at 4.05pm this afternoon to buy stamps and post letters. Both staff members behind counter with notice at counter window CLOSED. Refused to serve me.
Looked at website and it shows CLOSING SOON at 5.00pm.
Normally excellent service. Post Office's busiest time of year!
Poor weather, older people than me walking out on wasted journeys during COVID-19 because they dont conform to hours is not on
