THIS MUST BE A SCAM. I bought Oyster Cards from "Experience UK" for our trip to London. I purchased over two weeks before our date of travel - and let them know this date. The cards did not arrive, even when I tried to chase them up a few days before we were to leave. I have been promised a refund but still have not received it. It is now a month since I have ordered the cards and ten days since I was promised a refund. I have received neither the refund or the cards. I feel stupid to be caught up in a scam and am feeling like I have lost the $200 spend on these cards. BTW, Oyster cards can be easily purchased (within less than five minutes on a machine) from the London airport.
