Richard's excellent communication and professionalism impressed us from the start. We were anxious about travelling to Heathrow in rush hour and wanted to leave especially early. Richard advised us to leave an hour later, assuring us that we would sail through the traffic; he was right of course. He and his wife were great to chat with and their luxury cars are exceptionally clean and ultra comfortable. Contact throughout was impressive. We were contacted in Africa on our last day to confirm our return details and to remind us of the meeting place in Heathrow.
