This company have been providing care for my elderly mum for around 3 yrs now, they go 4 times daily and cater for all mums needs as she is bed bound they are always prompt and friendly and try to give mum everything she needs and asks for. They have an out of hours number and if you ring during office hours they are always helpful, 90% of the time I speak to Janine who is always pleasant and helpful, the carers all know mum and treat her brilliantly. Me and my brothers would struggle to care for mum at home so Ethicare has been a godsend, very professional and good at what they do 10/10 and 100% recommend. Robert.

We have had carers from Ethicare for several years. They are always polite, friendly, caring and helpful. Any issues are dealt with quickly through open communication. They are also responsive to change when we need to amend the service. The openPASS app also helps so that you can see approximately when the carers will arrive and leave and it also helps with communication.

After a quick deterioration with my elderly father’s health going from independent living to needing 4 nurses a day Ethicare stepped in sorted all my fathers needs … Janine was there for me to speak to everyday constantly reassuring me everything would be ok! The carers are so lovely n work tirelessly … my father is stimulated with little walks, chats n even singing ! Thankyou Janine n thankyou Ethicare for helping me through a very tough time.

If people only knew how carers in this organization are treated—ordered around with no time to rest or take care of themselves, forced to work in all weather conditions without proper support. They are treated unfairly, subjected to bullying by racist service users, and constantly disrespected.

I deeply regret ever crossing paths with such an employer.

Do you know (on that all too rare occasion!) when you receive a service or product that way exceeds what you pay for it? Well this is Ethicare! Their whole package and service is amazing. Right from the Management at the top from Serena who helps out in the office and steps in to do actual caring who is so good with my mum to Janine with her excellent and helpful advice (thank you!). Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. Come rain, wind, snow, pitch black winter nights, buses cancelled, traffic problems, the carers always turn up and if there is ever a chance they will be late they always ring you to let you know. They (the carers) are kind patient, helpful, tolerant and get the job done and is is not an easy job (probably like a lot of elderly ladies) with my mum! Now to be fair, this is the only care agency we have ever used, so they might all be this good!! I have no idea how good the others are!! But I hope I have no need to find out. What I will say is their excellent service and care is helping keep my mum from going in a care home, and for that I am extremely Grateful.

When my mum came out of hospital, she needed carers to see to her needs. It was our lucky day when we were introduced to Ethicare. Everyone from the office staff to the amazing carers were kind, caring and helpful. We can't thank you enough for all your support. It meant everything to us to know she was so well looked after.
