Rude stuff. Old woman in front of me struggling to get her money out. Cashier telling her to hurry up saying that she's creating a line. I was the only other person in the shop. (28th June 2024 at around 9pm)

Stopped with a friend to refuel on 24-3-24 roughly 9AM, upon payment we asked if we could use the toilet due to a friend’s medical condition.

The kiosk attendant was very rude and denied the request, ordinarily this wouldn’t be an issue. However this put us in quite a predicament at the time.

Shame on Esso for their staff treating customers this way.

All disabilities should be taken into consideration, regardless if they are visible or not.

Will avoid in future…..

Sells petrol what more can you say. Oh... Chocolate...Lots of chocolate....I don't need it...I mean really need it...But a banana for breakfast ..Really...It was so lonely and I was flagging from the tediously mind numbing boredom on the M 62...And it's 30 years of soding road works....God help us with building HS2...50 years late ...1 trillion quid...But delayed in tadcaster due to newts on the line. Sigh.

Exquisite sausage rolls and red bulls. Petrol ran through my car like a knife through butter. The most amazing air pump and the service is unbeatable.
