Amelia was a great guide, full props to her! The room was good; nice theme, and definitely challenging - we cut it fine to get out on time. A couple of moments we were basically correct on the clues, but the room's mechanisms were very delicate so it took repeated attempts of the same thing for the next bits to reveal (although that might also have been our incompetence...) Overall, a good experience, would recommend 👍

This was amazing choice for a date night! This is our second escape room after completing the Alice in puzzleland we were happy to be back to venture and conquer the journey to Atlantis. We beat this room with 2 seconds to spare! Thank you Alex for hosting both of our games and thank you for bringing the story alive can’t wait to complete your next challenge.

Went with wifey for a wedding anniversary and tried out the pirate escape room. It was first time doing one of these. Had fun. Lots of DOH and what the heck moments . The hour went quickly. Greeted warmly and helped when needed by Caleb (with his funny pirate voice). Will come back again!

First ever escape room experience. Very impressed. Unfortunately we didn’t escape but we spent the whole time challenged and laughing! Would defo recommend being more than a duo as different people can work on different tasks. Caleb was doing our introduction and helped us the whole way through. He was very patient, even when we rang the bell more than ten times for a hint (sorry again)! Will absolutely be returning to try the other rooms hoping Caleb will help us out again too!!!

Amazing fun, our games master was Alex - made us really get into the mood of the room really well. We had such fun highly recommend (our group was 2 Adults - it's was a blast) we completed in 46mins

Two of us did Blackbeards Treasure and escaped…just in time! Great fun, would recommend and we will go back to try more.
Caleb was a great pirate host and really made it fun keeping in character.

Went here a couple of weeks ago, the rooms we went in were broken. The hosts were good people, but this review is for Dan. Each time we walk past lakeside you send out workers to hand out brochures and to promote your rooms. How about instead of sending them out into the freezing cold you actually put the stuff in place to fix the rooms? What’s the point of promoting and trying to earn a profit when the rooms are unbearable to play? Amazing hosts but a truly terrible manager. Do better.

We had a great time at escape the wild west, we escaped with 57 seconds to go! Caleb was a great host really played his role well, will definitely be back to try a different escape room soon
