The coaching sessions added so much value to my work, far exceeding my expectations. I've embarked on the Scrum Mastery Pathway that Robin has facilitated and the Explorer workshops have been a great way to explore further developing my role and skills as a Scrum Master. Through the aspects of the RETRAINED model, I gained knowledge and experience from others and have taken away some things I can put into practice within our current teams. The knowledge, skills and learning gained will be invaluable to continually improve myself in the role and also benefit the team I am in now and any teams in the future. Robin is a great Agile Coach and facilitator. Two days of workshop was full engaged with participants and lot of practical exercises conducted. A demo around the usage of Legos in agile world.

In summary Scrum Mastery Pathway is a journey from Good Scrum Master to Great Scrum Master.

The Scrum Mastery Pathway programme extends practical hands-on discussion of Agile practice for a consistent cohort across a six-month timeframe, with in-person meetings book-ending the process.

Having previously attended a variety of 2-day courses on various topics, the difference made by maintaining the learning cadence over this extended period was immeasurable - the ability to discuss situations and approaches, try the best option, report back on the outcomes and and then iterate has in my experience been unique amongst these programmes.

The group support, encouragement, and sense-checking has been invaluable in aiding my personal progression in the field of Scrum Mastery.
