We wanted to install an MVHR system as part of some minor works in our home to improve the ventilation particularly in the laundry room and also to extract some of the heat out of my AV server room. Enhabit provided a bespoke end to end service from design, supply to installation and commissioning. We have a typical London terrace property and I can’t overstate how much harder it is to retrofit ducting to a finished home compared with installing it as part of a full renovation. I was impressed with Enhabit’s involvement in the project and commitment to working out a solution that was right for us. The system met and exceeded our goals and is totally silent even on boost mode! We are now enjoying lovely, clean air in the house.

I wanted a system which would provide healthy levels of indoor air quality and also fit into the house without any additional boxing – often an issue with ventilation ducting. We had to retrofit a top spec MVHR system into our old coastal steel hulled barge/houseboat to remove air born pollutants. It was a complicated, one off job. Enhabit came up with a workable solution and installed it all successfully/on budget/ on time.

I've done conversions/builds in UK, Canada, Germany, NZ. In my experience the general standard of work, customer service, value for money, effort and knowledge is low in London. In contrast many of the staff at Enhabit try really hard, they make you feel like they take pride in their work, and are well qualidfied for their roles. I would say this is rare in London. It reminds me more of construction standards in Germany and Canada. I would recommend them.
