We had a very good experience with Eclipse Windows and Doors Ltd from start to finish.
Paul came to us and answered all our questions. The quote was very clear and without hidden fees.
The team who came to change our windows was very nice and polite. They protected our carpets and all the furniture around the windows before they started the process.
When they finished they hoovered all the rooms and cleaned windows to make sure everything is clean as should be clean.

I am delighted with my new windows and doors. I thoroughly recommend Eclipse Windows and Doors Ltd. Paul and his small team went above and beyond to make sure my windows and doors are fitted perfectly and look fantastic. As well as the standard windows, one of my windows is particularly large and awkwardly shaped and they made an excellent job of fitting it. Paul and his team tidied up after their work each day, were very respectful of my home, and were a pleasure to have around.

We requested a quote from Eclipse Windows shortly after moving into our house. Paul arrived promptly, was incredibly polite and professional and took the time to listen to what we wanted but also made suggestions. Paul got back to us promptly and was not pushy at all, and he was also competitively priced. Paul also took the time to check everything was correct and the payment terms were very fair.

Paul kept us up to date during the lead/manufacturing time and was always honest and open. He responded to emails and calls within just a couple of hours.

We received an email from Paul late one Friday that our doors had arrived and agreed to fit them Monday.

As with the original quote, Paul arrived with his colleague Stuart promptly and was professional and polite. We had a new front door fitted and a patio door, which was problematic but nothing they could not overcome or deal with. They left the area as tidy and took the waste away. If you are looking for a great fitter who does care, look no further!!!

We have already asked them to quote to replace other windows/doors.
