I am so pleased that I found Steve, at last I have an efficient desktop pc. I was running on windows 7 but now upgraded to 10, a new solid state hard drive and Bluetooth capability. On returning my pc and getting it up and running, Steve explained everything he had done, patiently and in a manner I understood, as I am not savvy with IT terminology. He also sorted out printer issues I had with my phone and tablet. I had Norton installed on the old hard drive.....Steve found a Trojan which Norton had not detected!! Needless to say I am now using Windows Defender as recommended by Steve . I am highly recommending Eclipse PC Repair for the knowledgeable expertise, professionalism, very reasonable cost and a rarity these days ....turning up on time! Thank you so much Steve.

Both of my sons gaming computers stopped connecting to the WiFi for some reason, that we could not fix! I contacted Steve and he came to my house the same day and had a look at them both! He found numerous problems and didn’t stop until he was happy that both computers were working properly! I fully recommend Steve. He is prompt, polite, friendly and does an excellent job! He will work until he is happy! Excellent service!

I found an advert for IT repairs in a copy of the Heckington local news directory. I contacted Eclipse PC Repair and left a message. I didn't wait long, Steve returned my call quickly and I was able to discuss the issues I was encountering. Steve was very patient, as I am not at all IT minded. I dropped off my laptop and mobile for Steve to work on. I now feel more confident knowing my laptop and mobile are safe and secure, and have learnt how to keep them secure.
