This fantastic door was supplied and installed last year by E&A Windows. This year I noticed that the door was sticking and becoming difficult to open. I called and the very next day Arthur arranged for a team to stop by and adjust. Fantastic service and the door is opening and closing beautifully 😍

From start to finish, from our initial visit by Erez, then Arthur the surveyor & the fitting team, John Peter & Andrew E&A exceeded expectations. We are delighted with the windows & the finish. I think my Husband is now convinced we did the right thing after his initial reluctance to replace our windows. We chose Timberlook windows which have a wood effect finish & are perfect for our old house.

The team from E&A Windows who did the fitting did a fantastic job. We were really impressed by the attention to detail at every stage of the job, but particularly the last day where they took such care to get all the trim right & looking good. Our house was built in 1890 & nothing is easy as no wall is even but they really took time to get it right & looking good. Andrew spent a long time cutting back & filling & sanding the rotten wood around the kitchen window so it is all ready for our decorator when he comes to paint the rest of the house & the excellent work he has done will ensure we have no further rot! The tidying up after they finished was again, well beyond our expectations - they even swept the grass! Every day they tidied & swept before going home.

All three guys worked so well as a team. They also work so hard, not taking any proper breaks! On talking to them, they said that they are able to do such a good job as they are given a realistic time scale for each job by E&A (unlike other companies} so they have plenty of time to make sure the job is done to the highest standard without rushing! They did the job with such enthusiasm & clearly take much pride in their work!

I cannot recommend this company enough!

I have never seen such poor service. I had someone come in to do measurements etc on the 8th of Jan, but until this day u have never received a quote. I was given multiple dates as to when I can expect to receive a quote but both times I received nothing and did not even hear from anyone so I had to follow up myself. After the second time when I called I spoke to a man who said he will personally make sure I got a quote that day.. Guess what never happened and the next day a man called who came initially to take measurements saying his laptop is broken and he is not sure when he can give me a quote. When I expressed my disappointment and I said I have zero confidence in that company right now he said well I understand if you want to „just leave it then”. Shocked with that kind of response i said just provide me quote when you can.. again yet again never heard back after that. and that was almost 2 weeks ago.. If that is how the treat customer at first point of contact can only imagine how it is when you actually have them deliver the job itself. No one seems to checking if quotes are ever provided to customer, the company has a huge gap in their business model. Stay away!

We were anxious about choosing the right supplier to replace all our hardwood timber windows & doors given that we live on a private estate which is protected by a covenant.
After meeting & discussing our needs with several suppliers, we finally found Rob Latham/E&A Windows who seemed very genuine, transparent & not a pushy sales person like the others had been. E&A offered premium, hardwood timber which met our needs with the covenant & also for a complex job like ours which included the replacement of a large, diamond shape roof lantern in our living area.
Rob & the installation team were excellent & we are delighted with the end result. Our old windows & doors sadly were not sufficiently maintained by previous owners (the properties were built almost 50 years ago) therefore we didn't have the chance to restore the originals which were at best very draughty & worst rotten & there was minimal heat retention in the property even with our heating on full blast. Now we have the new ones with the latest thermal efficiency glazing we are nice & toasty , don't need to have the heating on full blast as the heat retention is great !
Highly recommended ! Rob was fantastic giving us his support throughout the process & the installation teams & their professionalism & attention to detail were second to none.

E&A Windows replaced all of the windows and front door in my house as well as replacing the framing and glass panels of my conservatory. The price was very competitive and the project was executed professionally and efficiently. The fitting team were excellent, very considerate as well as careful and tidy. I can't fault them at all and I would recommend E&A windows.

E&A provides a first class service and helped us with organising bespoke stained glass for our front door and side windows, as well as good recommendations for further works not linked to their services.
