Unfortunately I ordered from radmore and tucker witch use these guys,

I on the 23rd of September i ordered with plenty of time for delivery to come for a tool I really needed for a certain job,
After waiting in all day for my delivery it failed this had happened 3 times in a row,
Even spoke to someone from the customer service and even pin pointed my exact location and they still failed to deliver,
I had no choice but to go miles out my way to pick up this tool from elsewhere!

Someone from dx even told the lady I spoken with that they had delivered witch was clearly a lie because it ended up back at the depot the same day,
She even admitted they lied,
Very bad service

Simpletons can’t deliver a parcel on time. Send out 2 different drivers with 2 parcels and then leave one of them in the delivery office. Rebooks for Tuesday no show, rebooks for Wednesday with reassurance it’ll be here before 6…. Here we are at 6 still without my parcel.
