I'm a week into my Defender 90 ownership & I absolutely love it, it's a car for every occasion, just fantastic.
But what made the whole experience special was the exceptional service from Duckworth's staff, especially Karl. (loving the model car)
From our first meeting to discuss spec & options to the collection day, I can honestly say it was our best experience buying a new car that my wife & I have ever had.
I would not hesitate to recommend the LR Defender, but more importantly you should buy it from Duckworth's in Market Rasen, you won't regret it.

Wonderful service from Aisha and the team at Duckworth Jaguar in Boston. I bought a new iPace from them last week having contacted dealers closer to home. They gave a great price and a seamless experience. It was well worth a 200 mile journey!!

Great service from Duckworth Market Rasen. I switched to using them several years ago for servicing and maintaining my 2014 RRS, despite not being my nearest Landrover Dealer, after repeated poor experience with another main dealer and independent ‘specialists’.

Duckworths customer service is excellent and they carry out all work on my vehicle to a high standard.

Andrea and her team recently helped me out at extremely short notice and before a long trip abroad. The problem with the car was quickly rectified thanks to their response.

Probably the worst Land Rover dealer in the UK, if not the world! Shocking lack of service, vehicles poorly prepared, sales staff, managers and owner all unresponsive… and no after service.

Cowboys of the first order but they somehow they seem to hang on to the Land Rover franchise! Bought a used Range Rover from them which I have had to rebuild after just 4,000 miles - new tyres, battery, brakes etc… AVOID!

So where do I start with this. I have had Land Rovers and Range Rovers for the last 25 years and have had some great service, and equally some terrible service from other garages in the past. I cannot let this week go by though without mentioning the whole team at Duckworth Land Rover in Market Rasen. From the first contact with them to the point where I picked my vehicle up fully valeted and ready to go, there was never a problem. This is my first time using Duckworth but I can assure you it will not be my last. Well done to you all - you all work so hard under so much pressure, from demanding customers. Keep doing what you are doing.

I don't know how this dealer can be an "Approved Land Rover" dealership. I purchased a second-hand Ranger Rover from them and paid to have the car delivered to me. When the vehicle arrived, I discovered it had several problems with it and had clearly not been inspected properly before being sent to me. The bonnet catch was aligned wrong on one side making the bonnet miss-aligned. There was overspray on a tyre. There were various scrapes and marks on the paintwork and plastic trims. The drivers side door trim was hanging off. The window tints had been badly applied with dirt between the glass and the window film. The suspension had a knocking sound on the front end. The pictures speak for themselves.

I contacted the dealer at Market Rasen to be told by the sales manager “it’s not a new car”. Yes, I realise it’s not a new car but as the pictures show, should this really be an “approved used” vehicle? These faults should clearly have been rectified prior to delivery. I decided to refuse the vehicle as I had lost faith in the dealer completely. The sales manager told me I wasn’t allowed to refuse the vehicle which resulted in a big argument over the phone. It wasn’t until I sent them the small print from the contract that they finally agreed to take the vehicle back.

I then had to take a day off work to drive the car back to them and get a train back home as they refused to come and collect the vehicle. Also, when I received my refund, they failed to refund me the delivery fee I paid them to have the car delivered in the first place. They have since ignored all communication from me despite several efforts for answers. I am now about £500 out of pocket and a day wasted time through no fault of my own.

They have made no attempt to apologise for this and I have been made to feel like the one at fault for returning the car to them. Honestly, avoid this dealer at all costs. They are supposed to be an Approved Land Rover dealer but act like a dodgy second hand car outfit. Take your business elsewhere as I definitely will be in future!
