AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Charges £249 for a job they can not do. Was on site for approximately 2 minutes, said they couldn’t touch the blocked drain. When asked for a refund was VERY rude and flat out refused. Had to contact local water authority who are fixing problem but still paid £249 for 2 minutes and zero service. Disgusting.
