All change here now. The potential is now being realised. The MOD have made a big investment into building a Defence BattleLab and the co-working space building is going up next. Navy are making an investment on top of that by the army. Small businesses will be coming to the park and the large prime suppliers will also take a presence if only because of FOMO.

I truly hope the opportunities filter through to West Dorset, bringing new employment to places such as Weymouth and Dorchester etc. We will see.

No consideration for local residents. Piling on site this morning started before 7:30am.
No consideration for wildlife... as they continue to rip out well established hedgerows and trees and replace them with ugly buildings.

Great new secure business park with huge potential for businesses large and small land is readily available and very competitively priced, being an enterprise zone there are no business rates for 5 years and the site is just a 10 minute drive from the a35 or 3 minutes from wool train station. Watch this space

Pretty much abandoned now since the atomic energy site has been decommissioned. There is poor service from phone operators and broadband services. The whole site is almost derelict and the remaining buildings are in desperate need of rebuilding.

It's new sign looks like a mobile toilet as you approach the DGTP or could it be a grave stone head!!! Design is dreadful
