I’m very pleased with the service, Tony was able to come out the same day and repair my upvc door. He ordered parts and called back in the same day to fit them which was very impressive. Tony offers a great service at reasonable prices and I would highly recommend.

Had a few issues with a broken upvc door hinge and a crack appearing above large window in the lounge. Tried several companies but they just wanted to replace the items! Finally found door-tech and they've been great. Came out, replaced the hinge straight away and advised us on a reason for the crack and how they could remedy it.
Received an emailed quote within a few days which I agreed to and a call the following day to arrange a day for repair. Turned up when arranged, did the job very well, explained what he was doing and why, cleaned up really well after himself and solved our problem.
Fantastic work and very reasonable costs. Very much recommend door-tech for any upvc repairs.

One can only review service as you have found it.
Had some replacement glass units fitted in our conservatory roof by Doortech early 2021. One of the units failed in Feb 2022.
Contacted Tony who said they were under guarantee and he would replace the failed unit. I chased dozens of times for a date for installation. Eventually in November 2022 I had a message from Tony saying Gee his assistant would come and all he did was measure it. After this I chased again for months and then a second unit failed in Feb 2023. Gee turned up unexpectedly and measured that one and said he had no idea if other unit was available for fitting. Since then I must have sent 100s of messages and phoned dozens of times. All of which have been ignored.
It's now Sept 2023 and this has been going on over 18 months. Should I give in?

We asked Tony to come and remove a large window to facilitate the delivery of a new sofa at the beginning of September. When putting the window back in place Tony cracked it from top to bottom.
After a bit of toing and froing Tony agreed that he would replace the broken glass and we set a date of 21st October.
When I rang Tony to arrange what time he would be coming to complete the job he told me that he would need to check with his glass supplier and would get back to me, he never returned my call.
Since then he has been uncontactable, he has ignored my phonecalls, texts and voicemails.
I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated with the service we received and would encourage anyone to avoid using Door-Tech Services.

I contacted Tony as he was recommended by Radiance Doors as a reliable person to sort out my elderly mum’s PVC system door. He came out the same day, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in a few days when the parts came in. Did a first class job very quickly. No hesitation in recommending him.

Firstly i have been blocked from reviewing on Facebook ..i wonder why?
If you want replacement windows from this company
don’t bother!
Quoted and measured up on a Saturday morning pencilled us in for work to start on 27th July! no show ignored all messages sent via facebook/whatsapp
Husband rang first phone call ignored answered the second on a different number, Tony assured him the work was going ahead but was a slight delay with windows being made said he’d let us know the following day but 2 days later received a email (pics below) we expected him to arrive to start work on 11th august.. AGAIN NO SHOW and No contact and we are still waiting.
Avoid if your in desperate need of new windows Go else where as this company is unreliable and dishonest as they obviously hadnt even ordered the windows.
Why waste your time measuring and quoting if you have on intention of fitting No way to run a business!!
