Ordered a pizza

Had a very very cocky manager ring me as say they can't deliver .

So DOMINO'S took my money and well 5days before I get it back

Why allow someone to order if you can't make the delivery.

The manager of the store should manage the staff better .

Dominoes is a main stream company and should for fill the tears of there website .OR NOT TAKE YOURE MONEY ,TO THEN RING AND BE EXCEEDINGLY COCKY .

EXCEEDINGLY AWFUL ATTITUDE AND COSTUMER SERVICE.

We live in Billingshurst’s and we don’t out take out often, but every time we want a dominoes for some reason they can’t deliver.
It’s pretty useless, if u can’t deliver to another place maybe just stop the delivery all together, or just deliver to the place u need to deliver to like every company seems to do just fine 🙃

Ordered on a Tuesday and got a deal - nothing bad to say about the pizza, and the staff were really friendly. Cooking time was as stated and I collected - only issue was zero parking at the time.

All I will say is that I am upset at myself that I paid over £30 and got what I did now that you can get good deals in supermarkets but it was a nice treat and no washing up 🙂

Ordered two large pizzas and a 7 piece chicken kickers for lunch for our workplace for delivery. The food was delivered at it was clear that 1 pizza was Large and the other was medium. We called the store and explained that we had paid for 2 large pizzas, the employee was very unprofessional on the phone and kept saying 'let me speak to a manager', in the end we asked if we could just speak to the manager directly instead of being relayed information. They would not accept that they had made the order incorrectly even though we as a business order from them regularly. We were offered no apology and were told that somebody would be along to collect the pizza boxes to investigate what had happened? We only have a limited lunch break so had to eat the pizza, we could not wait for this investigation or for more to be delivered. A young boy arrived, he had no idea what the situation was nor what he was there to collect. We gave him the boxes and told him what had happened. Over an hour later we still had not had a call back from the manager and had to chase him instead. Despite only seeing the empty boxes he decided that they had not made the order incorrectly and that we were not entitled to a refund of the difference in cost of the smaller pizza that we received or a voucher for a discount in the future. Will not be ordering from them again. The customer service is absolutely appalling.

Regular customer always had good pizzas from Pulborough dominoes.

Ignore the bad reviews. This dominoes operates across a wide area with lots of rural locations to deliver to (they can’t be everywhere at once). If it’s not hot just put it in the oven or microwave for a few mins...

Waited 1h30 for delivery that was supposed to take 20 mins. Never arrived and tracker never moved past "prep". Tried calling dozens of times, sat on hold for ages for no one to pick up. Finally drove down there to find out what was going on to see the manager pressing hang up on the phones repeatedly. Only offered a refund on the £3 delivery charge and no compensation. Joke.

Food poisoning - avoid. When called to report the food poisoning incident they didn't express any remorse or offer anything at all in response. Will be reporting to the local council.

Every few months I order from here for some silly reason ( thinking that something might improve ) however every time results in disaster .

Food has either been -

A) 3+ hours late

B) Not arrived and when chased with staff they will hang up , shut you down or lie ( which I have caught them doing before )

Tonight they take my order . 3 hours no answer so I called the store and they said they have no record of my order . I call back and they say my address is banned from ordering. I can only suspect that the staff did not want to accept their incompetence or the fact I complained to them so have done this out of spite.

For those considering to order from here , I’d strongly advise taking into account all of the negative reviews that far outweigh the positive .

Being based in a rural location is no excuse for your hard earned money being wasted , the food delivered 3 hours late or the poor customer service you WILL receive.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.
