What excellent service - I was struggling to get through to Electrolux to get our John Lewis fan oven repaired. We then remembered Domestic Appliances, checked they covered JL appliances, gave them a ring, answered straight away and booked appointment for 8.15am the following day. Repair was done in 20 minutes! Thank you very much.

Washing machine broke down yesterday, Dave arrived this morning with the news that is was not repairable. by lunch time i had my new machine bought, delivered and installed. How's that for service?

We had a fridge door replacement after being told we had to get a new fridge from another source I contacted domestic appliances and they sourced a replacement door saved us money and Marcus fitted the door without any problems

Dave was fantastic. Firstly they are open early and secondly very quick to respond.
Thirdly, very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Fixed my broken dishwasher in half an hour and gave useful advice.

I emailed regarding an oven issue on Sunday morning and didn't expect a response until Monday. David rang me a couple of hours later on Sunday and booked in to visit on Monday. By Monday lunchtime, David had visited and fixed the oven promptly (heating element replacement) at a very reasonable price.

Fantastic service.
