Ordered 2 sizes of the Airoh helmet that I liked. They were both packaged well and arrived in good condition. I returned the one that was slightly big and today received my refund with no problems. Really thrilled with the price and the service and will recommend Dirtbikexpress to anyone wanting racing gear.

Had issues with some trousers and they handled everything for me without hesitation and dealt with Leatt to get a warranty replacement sorted. Instant response from Jayne on emails. It’s a shame more companies aren’t like this! Can’t recommend enough

Ordered some protective gear for my son on the 20th Dec, only received a conformation email about my order. On the 27th I rang up to enquire about the status of the order as it still stated 'processing' (i understand there may have been some delivery delays during the Christmas period but I still thought the item would have at least been despatched). Fast forward to the 3rd Jan when I rang them again asking why the item hadn't been despatched to which the woman I spoke to gave no real excuse but assured me the item is being despatched that very day and will with me tomorrow (4th Jan) via RM 24h. Lo and behold on the 4th I woke up to check if any tracking info had been added to find the order was still in processing so still hadn't even been despatched.

Refund requested and won't be using the lousy service again.

** because they did ring back/ sort the refund when asked.
