I have been a client of Datalibrium for over 5 years and in that time have worked with them on several hardware and infrastructure renewal projects. My experience has always been extremely positive and their commitment to proving a first class service has been superb.

Datalibrium have a knowledgeable and hard working team of engineers who are always on hand to solve any issues that arise, however the inherent reliability and resilience of the systems that they provide means that I am able to focus on my business instead of the underlying infrastructure.

I have worked with various IT service providers and Datalibrium are amongst the best at providing Infrastructure-as-a-Service. I have recommended them to several former colleagues, all of which are now currently engaged with Datalibrium in various small to large scale projects.

I have been a client of Datalibrium for over 10 years. Datalibrium have given outstanding support, for the entire time.

Datalibrium have also helped us, with large scale projects, to develop our system to a cloud based system. There technical knowledge and know how are impeccable.

As a company, we are especially impressed with there ability to deliver a project, on time and on budget.

We highly recommend Datalibrium and are always happy to recommend them to other businesses.

I've retained Datalibrium's services for the past seven years to provide a combination of IT consultancy, systems design, mentoring to the IT Support team, cover for staff absence and regular project and support work. In that time they have been utterly faultless and have helped to guide business operation, delivering IT services that would typically cost several times the price paid were I to ask similar companies to quote for the work. Projects include migration of file storage, email and backups to a private hybrid cloud infrastructure that they built alongside us and it has run without significant issue for several years. Where there was a need for downtime it was communicated in advance and support requests responded to very quickly. Our uptime has exceeded 99.9% over the last 7 years, a feat almost unimaginable in many companies.

Overall, they have helped the business to grow, take advantage of new opportunities and innovate. For the budget, the service is unparalleled and every member of the company is courteous, professional and discreet in all that they do. An example to many others.

Trojan was detected on this site in the past, it could show as safe now, but would not trust the people behind "datalibrium". Dear datalibrium, my device simply has a firewall and antivirus, which detects dubious sneaky websites like yours that hide some malicious scripts:-) Only a non-expert would blame the user / and user's device, only a dubious company would ask the user to give away their device to some unknown company to look at it, this is a red alarm. Instead of admitting there was indeed some malicious script on your website, and the issue was resolved in the meantime, you blame the user Perhaps issue was that I have firewall and antivirus which detected a trojan on your site:-) Issue was your own site sadly.
