Would not recommend it!

Charge 45£ you upfront for a diagnostic that mostly you wouldn't need. Most likely will disassemble and assemble your device, and after that, something won't work properly. In my case, some of the keyboard buttons don't work. Awful business model!

I had my laptop fixed a few days ago, and it was a fantastic experience both in terms of the service provided and the price. I had tried a few different places before, but I was consistently let down. However, I have been using their services for years and have always been satisfied.

Shady. Rude and taking opportunities to scam.
Charged 45£ for diagnostic fee upfront for the screen replacement.
Sent out double the price quote for the screen itself (80£) making it more then the tablet worth. If you not happy with the price, you lose 45£.
We did it for 20 years he said.
Think for yourself.
Saying in on behalf of my girlfriend who does not speak English and 2 month in the country.
Legit scammer. All it is.

DO NOT GO HERE. came here for a diagnostic check on a MacBook which cost £40 and they ripped several components in my laptop including that connecting to the trackpad and finger ID pad. This cost an extra £200 to get fixed elsewhere. awful customer service and refused to give me my laptop back until two days after I have handed it in for water damage despite noting me a 24 hour wait time. so disappointed and after confronting them of the damage they have made they made no effort to resolve the mistakes or compensate me for the extra money spent. They also did not properly put my laptop back together after the check so it was unable to turn it back on, I believe this was to give the impression it required more work than what was actually necessary. they have little knowledge about MacBooks and as a whole are both nasty people and bad at fixing technology.

The screen on my MacBook Pro laptop ceased to work. Ebi was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and gave prompt attention. His advice (the hard drive was sound and uncorrupted) saved me from losing 10 days of work and paying for a costly and possibly time-limited repair (confirmed by Apple). Not to mention saving me a lot of money. His solution: a desktop screen attached to my mac HD and a second-hand laptop - came to just over half the cost of the likely Mac repair. And I have more working options. Though I'm going between Windows and Mac (I didn't need to completely jump ship), the big screen desktop set up is definitely more comfortable to work at. Thank you again!
